Earth Management Herbals® Earthman Herbals© wishes and intends to establish multiple Earthman’s Herbal Teas Café & Natural Foods© retail stores locations worldwide and in an effort to do so we are offering the following opportunity to partnering with us in one or more of our locations options.
Whereby we are seeking a location Partner to procure and provide suitable commercial space to be secured by joint lease agreements.
It will be the Location’s Partner’s contribution to secure property prepaid lease payments for no less than 180 days or 6 months from opening,
To secure the necessary business permits and operations licenses.(unless other arrangements are arrived at)
To renovate property if required furnish, paint, decorating and fixtures. All development designs must be previously approved by Earthman’s office (or other terms agreed)
It is understood that the business location operations is an independent business partnership with Earthman as the exclusive suppliers by branding only and that the locations are independently owned.
